We decided it would be a good idea to have a “tasting” of GFCF (gluten free, casein free) items for parents who were considering implementing the diet to help their children. Thanks to the generosity of many vendors such as WiseWay, Enjoy Life Foods, Pamela’s, Anna’s Breads and others, we had a large assortment of GFCF items for people to sample!
